I have my new windows installed one week before Christmas. Although it was very cold around Christmas week, I really surprised seeing the problems I have with my new windows. Not only the glass/frames were frosted, but it was from very hard to not able to open the sashes. It is very likely there are a lot of air leakage. I think I have been patiently discussing the problems(with photos) with their representives but so far their responses are not very helpful, only very minor fixing they have done. They are sending a technician over the third time this week. I am hoping this gentleman will answer all the questions I have and they will get the problems a good solid fix when the fourth time they come. I have read many excellent reviews posted here but so far my experience with Supreme Windows aren't that great! The following is written on Feb 8, 2013. To give a fair and true review of this company, I think I should let everone know what happened afterwards. It really was. The 4th time they came was fixing the windows. I am so glad Supreme Windows has sent Les helping me out. Not only he is more knowledgeable but he cares about customer. He looked into the problems in details and explained to me with patience, and was willing to come out after regular office hours, 1 time, 2 times and 3 times. He did his work very carefully and I think he has done more than he is expected. I really appreciated his service and professionalism. Things had happened in the way I have never imagined. But the way Supreme Windows has finally fixed it brought back my trust and confidence with them. I believe they are equipped with the technology and people in providing excellent products and services. What had happened to me in the past might be just an isolated incident.
