They are quite possibly the WORST kitchen company in the Durham Region. This company is understaffed, unprofessional, and has a bunch of amateurs that don't know a thing about kitchen design and install working there. The showroom is always in darkness, which says a lot. Their company phone is never answered and emails are only answered whenever its convenient for them - sometimes it can be days or weeks. Any revisions to the design are never put in writing. They claim their kitchen cabinets are custom, but they use a different company to manufacture them and the quality is no better then IKEA and three times the price. If there are any issues with the design and/or installation, which there will be because they don't know what they are doing, the contract you sign will stipulate you are on the hook for any additional materials - even if the mistake is on them. This company provides drawings that have virtually no relevant measurements and are useless to a builder/contractor. They don't even mark centre on their drawings!! The first set of drawings I received included designs from another client's project. The designer is also the installer so you are paying a premium for someone who is not even a cerified designer!! I can't iterate enough how unorganized and amateur they are. Definitely not worth the time and money. Homeowners beware!!!
