The move was in one word, horrible. Over 2.5 hours late, 0 communication of when they would be coming and they also didn't tell me they were even running late. Elevators were only able to be reserved for 4 hour time slots, leaving me only ~1 hour left to move my stuff and didn't even say a sorry for that. Extremely stressful because we were on the clock and the concierge was asking me how long I would take as we definitely ran over and another resident who booked after me was giving a lot of complaints. During the move, my couch lost some of their fixtures and it's not at all stable. Also, they assembled it with the exposed nails, so I'm uncomfortable with the couch as is. They just kept continuing on and told me that if i had any issues, i should call their office afterwards. They took over 4.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom condominium. This was not efficient a move at all. After the move, I called to complain to them about the damages and the sales representative said that management will get back to me within 10 business days. After over a month of waiting, they haven't gotten back to me. When I followed up, the lady stated that I was wrong and they tried to communicate with me, except my phone number was not in service. I called her out on that because I was using that number to call her at that moment. She backpedaled and said that she couldn't do anything as she is just a sales rep and management will call when they call. They never called back. Post-move was 0 support. As of now, 14 reviews on yelp (You can check that a lot of those reviewers have given a fair number of reviews, all unanimous in giving 1 star). Also, upon posting my review, Homestars notified me that they immediately tried to have my review removed by saying that I was providing false testimony.
