We had a small plumbing issue that became a big issue and we were given Erle Karp's name. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and since we needed the city to turn off the water, let us know when he was available for the rest of the job. He did a terrific job, and went above and beyond, despite more than a few headaches from the city's water department. I would recommend him in an instant.

The technician let us know when to expect him and was on time. He diagnosed the issue and showed me what he was looking for. He needed parts, which he got the next day, and returned according to an appointment to complete the repair. He was friendly, polite, and efficient, and my oven works properly again. I am pleased.
