Was really impressed with the level of communication through out the process. Like many things during the pandemic, production of our windows was delayed, which we were told before placing our order. We received several email updates (5 or 6) during various stages of the manufacturing process so we were never left wondering where things were at. Installers were friendly and were very sweet to our large nosey Great Dane dog. After install our sales rep contacted us to see how everything went. Then we had another person come out after the install to double check the work and make sure we were happy. My friends are very envious of my new front window and patio door. They look beautiful and we opted for the solar shade on the patio, truly blackout and so cool how they retract. Very happy with our purchase, they were not the cheapest quote we got, but you do get what you pay for!! Plus a 40 yr warranty cant be beat.
