Ordered table on December 28, 2021 with P.O. stating 6-8 weeks. Chased call backs and given false arrival dates. Waited 86 days / 12 weeks and 2 days before cancelling. Day after cancellation we received numerous calls from Natalie that table would be arriving that day. Also offered 10% off future orders and free ($50) delivery which equates to less than $12.5 per week compensation. We live approximately 1km from store. Customers should not have to chase for answers and given false expectations. Product delay eventually became the secondary issue. Natalie would not take ownership for her part and instead placed blame on Covid and company that does finishing on table. We are not unreasonable but expect honesty, integrity and promised calls returned post sales. Hope this helps others.
