An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The work done in my home was a near complete renovation of my basement. Damage such as small holes and cracks were repaired all over the basement from the ceiling to the walls. Everything was repainted, a lot of the woodwork was redone, the stairway was redone, new ceiling lamps were installed, the ceiling was stylized, and the floor was retiled. The basement has a full sized kitchen. We had the kitchen tops redone with all-white marble. Out of all those things I listed I can say I’m completely satisfied with it all. The work was all done correctly and it’s done exactly as I asked.
