We noticed a leak in our hot water tank during the evening and called to leave a message. I was certainly surprised when my call was answered that late in the evening. Information was provided, questions were answered, never tried to upsell, appointment was set. Scheduled service was on time, work was delivered as promised in a extremely courteous manner- very impressed. Will definitely use again!

Gravity was prompt, courteous and professional. They were called to our home to run a cable from the exterior of our home, through our bulkhead to the utility room. I'm sure I'm not alone in my experience with most service calls where trades are busy and do the job as quickly as possible to get to the next job. The electricians at gravity took their time to ensure that no holes were needed in the drywall. Pelumi personally took the time to explain the entire process to my husband and provided an accurate estimate. I called to request a technician to come out and change our filters for both our kinetico water softener and drinking water. I also inquired about a replacement part for the canister as it had a crack at the top. Kim Giraudier was more than helpful, set up the appointment, and explained it was under warranty. The technician Robert T. came in the 2 hour window given, was courteous and fixed everything. He also took the time to fix my faucet. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations!

I called Stampede to repair the torsion spring on my garage door. The person who made the appointment was both professional and polite. I received an appintment the next day. The service person was also professional and polite but unfortunately could not fix the door as it required professional grade springs. Not only did he call to make a appoinment with a company that could do it, I did not get charged a cent. Thank you Stampede! I would highly recommend this company.
