After searching long and hard for a landscaper, we were to find Jordan / Marshall MMGT through HomeStars. Within the course of about two weeks from start to finish, Jordan had come by several times to consult in what needed to be done, sent someone to weed everything to get it ready, picked out all the various plants and trees we wanted (which he largely recommended), redesigned our small front yard to remove the dead lawn and replace it with river rocks, plants and mulch, and replace all of our plants and trees in our back yard. Jordan (and his team) worked tirelessly for two days straight to actually get everything done, and we could not be happier with the results. Jordans positive attitude, helpful suggestions and perfectionist tendencies, not to mention the shear amount of hard labor he and his team can accomplish in sweltering heat, makes it very easy for me to give him a perfect 10 star rating without hesitation. And Ive already recommended him to several friends and neighbours who have seen the finished results.

Rhoan was fantastic. Quick to get in touch, quick to come by and scope out the project and recommend a package solution, and even quicker to install it all (and pivot to a different system when our home had some wiring faults that required a different solution. I could not be happier with the service and the price (I got quotes from four other potential service providers). His follow up has also been top notch. Well deserved 10 stars!

From the day we met (virtually) Taylor, we knew we were in good hands. And it continued throughout the entire project, with Ofer stopping by daily and getting his hands dirty as necessary to make sure we were completely satisfied. The project involved a massive demolition (removal of 26 tonnes of concrete) with very limited access for machinery to do it, and a complete redesign of our backyard. The LandCon team was nothing short of extraordinary, and in a bit of shock to us, came in just under our agreed budget, and in about 2/3 of the time they originally quoted. The team just worked from dusk till dawn to get the job done, and the results were amazing. We have never seen a team work harder to accomplish a common goal. We could not possibly have chosen a better partner for this big project and would recommend LandCon without reservation to anybody!

Zach and Geoff were fantastic. Quick, friendly service with a smile. I would definitely use this service again and I would hope to have the same guys do the work.

Second time using Arnoldo. Perfect. Just like last time. Came very late at night to accommodate my schedule and did a perfect job again. Couldn't ask for better. 5+ stars.

I needed two pendant lights wired and hung and various other more minor electrical works done (smoke detector, light switches replaced, etc.). Arnoldo from Java game me a good quote, recommended the best way to do the work to keep costs down, showed up exactly on time, did an excellent job, and even charged me significantly less than his quote at the end because the job ended up being easier than initially contemplated. Was extremely happy with Arnoldo's work and with the experience with Java more generally. Will certainly be looking to Arnoldo for assistance with any electrical issues in the past!! 10 stars.

Rodrigo recommended to me by a designer after getting another quote that seemed on the high side. Rodrigo came by, gave an extremely competitive quote and hired him on the spot. He picked up all the supplies we ordered, showed up on time, completed the job in two days (counter to ceiling tiles for the entire kitchen with 11 foot ceilings) and did a fantastic job, left the place perfectly clean, and I couldn't be happier. Would enthusiastically recommend Rodrigo for similar work!

Dishwasher would not drain and was leaking everywhere. Called Atiar and he showed up right on time the next morning, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the mess. Excellent service, result and price. Would highly recommend him for future issues like this!
