Vince did a great job, but even better, he saved me money. Vince has a great deal of product knowledge and guided me through different options with respect to amplifiers, speaker systems, and better remotes to control everything with ease. Vince even showed up at my house (to quote the job) and came with speaker samples (which I bought directly from Vince - at a great price) and recommended amplifiers that would meet my needs "for today" but also pointed out product lines that would better satisfy my needs for years to come. I then went to the Audio Empire to purchase an amplifier and, while there, handed my cell phone to the owner so that he could talk with Vince on my behalf (regarding my two zone / Indoor + outdoor requirements). Turns out the owner there knows Vince and then told me that theaudioguy was the ideal person to handle my requirements. It's always comforting to hear unsolicited third party references, which is why I am writing this review. During the install, I had to leave for a few hours and returned to a perfectly patched wall, clean floors, and sweet sweet sounding home entertainment system. Vince event returned the next day (a Sunday), with a couple of CD's he had made for my listening enjoyment, and to make sure that I was comfortable controlling the new system (via a new intelligent and programmable universal remote). Thanks Vince...you did a great job and treated the installation as though you were installing it in to your own home.
