We purchased all of our applances from Caplan's 10 years ago and had a decent experience. Recently however we purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer and it has been a disaster. The delivery men damaged the connector valve upon delivery (unknown to us at the time) and 5 days later the washer leaked causing damage to our ceiling on the main floor. They refused to replace the washer and now the Home Appliance Repair company they use says the the part is back ordered so we will be w/o a washer for a couple of weeks. Customer service and the salesman no help whatsoever.

Called 24/7 Appliance Service and was very pleased that they came so quickly (within the 2 hour time frame given). Mike was courteous and called my cell to give me a closer time frame. Fixed problem quickly and cleaned up.
