Ordered a new 30" microwave from BestBuy with install, waited hours for their tech who came and said they couldn't manage it and that a senior tech would come. Several phone calls later had another appointment (with 5 hour window) for the next day with the senior tech, who arrived and promptly said they couldn't install it! Called Denis who came with crew the next morning and was done in less than an hour. Read the manual to switch from recycling to venting, installed and tested. Fantastic service and heartily recommended!
