To begin, I love the windows we had installed. It's such a cool concept to have built in and retractable screens and shades! Plus we were able to have a thermal/darkening shade put into the bedroom window, and a light filtering shade put in the kitchen window, so it's truly a customized solution for our home. I can also tell that the insulation is way better with these than the ones we used to have - the bedroom is a much more consistent temperature since the new window has been installed. Yes, the manufacture time is kind of long, BUT it is totally worth the wait!! Plus, I requested a service visit because we couldn't get one of the screens to retract properly, and not only did the technician come the day after I contacted the service department, but he kept me updated with his ETA and was super friendly. Oh, and of course, he also fixed the problem, which it turned out was user error on our parts. (Facepalm!) Thanks Magic!
