All over the world, a business transaction almost always takes place because the people on either end of the deal liked each other. Mark is one of those people. He is incredibly personable which immediately put me at ease from the moment we met him. What struck me most about Mark is how he treated my carpet replacement project as his own if it were his home. He took a lot of time and multiple visits to make sure he gave me the best advice for what my home and family needed and not upselling me which I genuinely appreciated. In addition, Mark went out of his way to send me tips and DIY suggestions to fix other items which I was ready to have him fix but he was very honest in educating me that these fixes can be done inexpensively by myself instead of him having to professionally fix which would increase our project costs. This should tell you everything you want to know about Mark. I was touched with Mark’s caring nature, very clear verbal and written communication and most of all his ethics and integrity. Knowing my current situation with just my wife and 6 month old baby in the house, Mark and his team went above and beyond with assisting me take apart our furniture and temporarily locate around the house over the course of the project and ensured everything was reassembled and put right back where it belonged once the project was done. I can’t begin to express how important this was to us, it would have taken us months to put everything back together and in place. Our project was completed on time and right on the quoted rate. Carpets don’t get replaced often, sometimes never, so I can’t say I will use Mark again very soon (as much as I would want to) but I truly hope this review helps you along with Mark and his team. Home projects are never easy, things don’t always go to plan and there is almost always a sour taste left at the end. I expected the same, but I was wrong. I am glad I did business with Mark and it ended up being the best decision I made for this home project. Thank you Mark for taking good care of us.
