I called and immediately got a real person answering the phone unlike some other companies who don't return your call all day. She was polite and professional. She scheduled me for a service call for within two hours after I made the call for the same day. He arrived exactly on time and was also courteous and professional throughout. He identified the problem within the first ten seconds. I asked for a quote from the outset and he gave it to me immediately. If he found any other problems later during his garage door repair he would notify me right away and requote me on the spot pending my job approval and not surprise me with a different quote at the end of the job. In this world, there are those who do a good job for the task at hand and then there are those who do an exceptional job. He did an exceptional job. His attention to detail was amazing. He noticed things that the previous garage door guy from some years back had done very sloppily and poorly and he fixed the previous guys mistakes and bad workmanship. I highly recommend ONC. At the end, he said that the garage door motor may burn out in a few more years because it was quite old. When that occurs, I will call him back without hesitation to replace it. Highly recommended.

They scheduled a time slot one day after I contacted them. With some other companies, it can take up to a week before they schedule a date and arrive. But these guys arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem and didn't charge too much. To expedite the process, try to find the model number of your appliance before you call.
