After winning a gift certificate for a free furnace inspection, cleaning and tune-up, we called Reliance to book an appointment. I appreciate great customer service and was very pleased with the friendly receptionist on the phone as we scheduled my appointment, she gives a very good first impression of the company! The day of our appointment, the serviceman called ahead, was on time and was very polite and courteous. He walked me through what he inspected, what he cleaned, and let me know that there were no concerns with our furnace. What a comfort to know that our furnace is clean and running well as our temperatures plummet this winter! One change that I would maybe suggest is that employees probably shouldn't be on their personal cell phones while working in a customer's home. Other than that, we were very satisfied, thank you!
