Well we've been w colonial pools for close to 18 yrs. But now we needed a new liner What can I say EXCELLENT customer service Michelle the owner worked with us and got things done asap. Great communication all the time So within a month I'll have a new liner.. Cover..and closing Truly recommend this pool company Thanks Michelle and employees
First I'd like to say I went by reviews. Was impressed by them. Disappointed... Since may I've been waiting for my doors...its now Sept. Back and forth emails (with one excuse after another)...so I asked for my deposit back I've been more than patient. Now I'm getting no reply. I have all emails as proof...my lawyer will have to be involved regarding my deposit I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Be CAUTIOUS

Planting trees and rock garden
Jake and his team were wonderful. Jake spent time with us picking the right trees etc. I was so impressed by the service were booking them for the rest of our landscaping. It's nice to get good customer service...sometimes it's not always the case. I highly recommend Jake and his team

Twice I've had Darryl out for service both times he did a great job and clean up. Last time he was here I asked for a magnolia tree...was told he would order it...its been 2 yrs..and I get no contact unless I email first...I was even told he forgot...I guess getting my money before was great but it's just a tree so he can just forget about me... Do I recommend..no way (I have 2 couples who need work done)...told them my complaint I originally picked him because he played ball w my son and love to help new businesses I feel unimportant Time to find someone reliable
