Before coming in the afternoon, he asked to send him picture of drain pipes underneath the sink. He arrived on time, entered the house wearing mask and shoes covered. After examining the problem and pipe routing areas, Valentin explained options to troubleshoot the issue: Step 1- Try the drain snake line. If Step 1 still cannot resolve the blockage then Step 2 - Try ridgid longer and stronger wire cable. In one and a half hours, Valentin tried Step 1 and then Step 2, the blockage was clear!After each step, Valentin kept work area tidy up, neat and clean. Thank you Valentin for great services!
