Alex was very responsive, both the the initial request for a Class 4 roof quote and for follow up questions. When I decided on SunWest, he came over within a day or 2 to finalize details. He saw that I was more comfortable meeting him with a mask, and honored my COVID protection wishes. The weather has been mild so, was able to schedule me in within a few days. His crew was super friendly and WOW are they efficient! All done within about 6 hours (smaller bungalow home) including a very thorough cleanup. Thanks SunWest team!
