Mistake-ridden, bad experience
The BTG staff and contractors are nice, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this company due to (1) the numerous problems with my order, and (2) it has been 6 months and I am still waiting for my order to be fixed. I ordered my blinds in mid-August 2021 and as of mid-January 2022, I am still waiting for 3 blinds that had to be reordered because they were too long. One of the locking mechanisms is also already broken. 1) Installation attempt #1: 1 blind was the wrong material. 3 blinds had the wrong brackets and could not be installed. 1 blind missing entirely. 2) Installation attempt #2: 3 blinds were too long. The contractor re-measured and reordered them, but I am still waiting for these to be located by the store and installed as of Jan 2022. 1 blind was completely the wrong width. 3) Installation attempt #3: 3 blinds missing. The contractor had gone to the store to pick them up but the store could not locate them. 4) Installation attempt #4: BTG decided to unilaterally reschedule another installation for Christmas eve, 2-8pm. I phoned back and asked for this to be moved. 5) Jan 2022 - installation attempt #5: Once again, the store could not locate the 3 remaining blinds. In the mean time, one of the locking mechanisms on one of the blinds has already broken after a few months of use. I wish I had used another service or just bought standard-sized blinds off-the-shelf, and saved myself all the hassle and headache.
