Very disappointed with Noel. He was here for 15 mins yet charged 90 mins in workmanship and travel time. I live in the community adjacent to the place of business, a 5 minute drive from two home improvement stores. When I asked about it, he said his standard call out fee was the time and a half charge of $127.50, and he supposedly had to travel all the way to the north to get the part. This is in addition to the $48.75 for the valve and the $25 for a plastic hose he claimed had disintegrated. All in all, over $200 for something that took no more than 15 mins to do. I feel taken advantage of. I always try to support local rather than a big company. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Choose another plumber.

Hi Haley, We are sorry you are disappointed with the experience you received from us. As per most plumbing companies there is a service call rate and this covers the small jobs for our customers, this charge ranges from plumbing company to plumbing company. Our rate is between the Average Plumber Rates. In order to complete the job in general it was required for us to travel to the NE to get the part you needed. If we would have waited for Home Depot or Lowes to get the part in, it could have taken a day or more. The cost of parts is also based on running a small business, we unfortunately don't always get whole sale pricing like the bigger companies as we don't have a warehouse. However our hourly rates and service call rates are much lower then the big plumbing companies. We appreciate you supporting local and hope you find a plumber that suites your needs better for any future repairs.
