We had major carpet ripples all throughout our new build where there was carpet (stairs, bedrooms, walk in closets) was poorly laid. Tim and Ryan were amazing to work with- informative, flexible and did a fabulous job. It was a very large job and the care taken to get it done correctly was noticed-Great quality workmanship. Even with the severe ripples, Ryan was able to stretch them out and no steam repair was required! It has been a world of a difference walking on our carpet. We are no longer tripping on the ripples, able to close doors easily, and it looks amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you have major ripple issues.
