I had my standing shower re-caulked recently by Odd Jobs Handyman Services. They provided a reasonable estimate, arrived on time, and completed the job in a professional, thorough, and courteous manner. Moreover, they adjusted the estimate downward before they invoiced me since the time needed on the job was overestimated. I am thoroughly impressed at the professionalism and competency of Odd Jobs. They also have an excellent and easy to navigate website. We're definitely using them again.

Our boiler broke down on Christmas eve. We interviewed a number of companies but finally went with Manuel and his team from Building Ideas. Their price was extremely competitive and their work was outstanding. They installed our new mid-efficiency boiler the next day. They took all the necessary pre-cautions to ensure that the boiler was working well and the radiators were also fully functional. It was also easy to communicate with Manuel and he was always available for questions. Manuel and his team also do air conditioning work. I will be sure to call them when our AC needs a tune up this summer.

We hired Natanael and his team to renovate our basement after extensively interviewing numerous contractors. Natanael's professionalism, experience, and knowledge really stood out compared to the rest. Moreover, he really seem to care that the work was done well, on time, and on budget. We worked with Calvin and Ernesto as the project team. They were punctual and did their job well. The communication between myself and the project team was also satisfactory. Natanael is very good at responding to e-mail and he was always available to respond to questions (even when he was on holiday!). All the people he brought in to complete the job, including the painter (Camillo) and electrician (Laureano) were excellent and very professional. In fact, we referred to Natanael to provide us advice about someone who could replace our boiler (which broke down one week after the basement renovations were done) and the person he recommended was outstanding. We have been very happy with our experience with P&P Renovations. We will be sure to use them again for future renovations. We've also recommended them to many of our friends.
