In short Anthony and his team are amazing. Almost too meticulous in terms of preparation, methods and completion of my job. Always excellent communication and keeping me informed of progress and any setbacks. I had a full attic remediation done, they protected my hallways and walls very well, with plastic sheets and runners for all the floors. Removal of all the old insulation took almost a week, after which spray foam was done and finally blown in insulation. The project took significantly longer than originally anticipated but I was ok with that considering how good of a job they did. Always better to do it right rather than cut corners to get it done as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Anthony and his team for any of your insulation needs as you will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much for sharing, especially since in today's crowded market, we find that many insulation companies have been advising clients their attic only requires a top-up to the existing insulation simply to obtain more work. Although this option may appeal to a tighter budget, it is not in the homeowners best interest, especially in circumstances such as yours, where no vapour barrier was present and the current insulation was outdated and not performing as it should, if at all. Situations like these call for a full remediation (insulation removal & 2lb closed cell SPF/blown-in loosefill insulation hybrid), although much more expensive than a basic top-up, it is the only real option and ultimately ends up paying for itself in the long run with the savings on your energy bills. You made a wise decision to do so, and we do appreciate you choosing us to perform the proposed scope of work, as well as your patience with the various delays that tend to arise in a complicated and difficult attic remediation such as yours.
