Same story as others - very hard to book - even when you finally do, they don't show up and won't return calls. After taking half a day off work to move furniture and be there - no show! Numerous calls unanswered. Finally they called in the evening to say they had phoned the day before to re-schedule (however, no messages on any of my home, cell or office - all #'s they had). They asked to reschedule and when I said I was going to get someone else to do the job, they hung up abruptly. Contacted Groupon to complain (as have others) and they did not hesitate to offer a refund/credit as soon as I said who I was calling about - obviously, this outfit is well-known to them. Too bad - it has made me wary of other firms promoted by Groupon. Should have checked them out in advance - Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating
