All in all a good move. Sales person should spend move time evaluating the size and scope of the job and be clear with what needs to done by the client or discuss services that would meet the needs. I booked based on peace of mind of a flawless move and although a good job was done by the movers and owner it was not a flawless move and I am still left with items to move. Ultimately I would recommend the company.

The snowy weather unfortunately makes our job a little more challenging as we battle against slippery conditions and constantly adjusting the floor protection in your home to keep it clean.
We understand that some loose items were left at your home. While we do our absolute best to fulfill all of our clients needs, our team was up against the clock since the drivers maximum working hours are restricted by law and we wanted to make sure you and your family weren't left without beds for the night. It's for this reason that they were unable to help pack up the remaining loose items in your home.
