Recently moved into a new home with a sump-pump that was not plugged in. When I plugged in the sump-pump, the unit started to emit an oil smell and make weird noises -- turned out that the unit was old / clogged / and leaking oil, thus needed to be replaced. I submitted a request via Homestars and instantly got a reply from Master Drain & Water Works. I called and spoke to Vitaliy who gave me a range of options --- I opted for a sump-pump with a back-up sump-pump that was powered by a battery. He was able to install the following day at a time that was convenient to me. Everything was installed perfectly, and to my satisfaction, I would recomend Vitaliy / Master Drain and Water Works again!

I was in the process of selling my home, and needed to replace old gutters and fix the capping along a window and door-frame. A few installers (some rated highly on Homestars) said they were in high-demand and wouldn't be able to start the job for another month or two. Within a day of requesting an estimate, Serge stopped by the house to provide an estimate, and prepared a written contract. Within a week of signing the contract, the job was completed (2 days) to my satisfaction. Very professional, reliable, and accommodating .... highly recommended!!

Nathan came in and assessed the work required to cool our Master Bedroom and confirmed that a ductless a/c unit would be the best solution for our needs. He wasn't pushy and offered up a number of options. On installation day everything went smoothly, and work that wasn't finished was completed a few days later. Professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with -- highly recommended.
