We used Victorious Carpet last December to replace the carpet in our living room. We were impressed with Mark Aydin's professionalism during the pre-install sales. He came to our house and did all the measurements and brought samples and made recommendations. He didn't try to upsell us on more expensive carpet that was outside our budget. HIs installers were excellent, very professional and did top notch work. We were so pleased, 6 months later we just had them back to replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Once again, another fantastic job done. Mark returned and to ensure things were the same from when he provided a quote for this job, months earlier. His install team did another fantastic job, led by Jason. They were very professional, efficient, courteous. Jason noticed a edge threshold that would have resulted in the carpet not being flush with transition piece so he asked my permission to remove it. His recommendation was spot on, the carpet transitioned flush to the tile in the adjacent room. I can't say enough about Victorious Carpet and Flooring. Fantastic work at competitive prices. The entire purchase and install experience was stress free and that really means a lot especially in these times. Thank you Victorious!

My experience with Victorious Carpet was top notch. Mark came to our home and did an inspection to generate an accurate estimate. He brought samples and I knew he was an honest person when he didn't attempt to upsell us to a more expensive carpet when he saw our large dog and considered our reason for replacing our living room carpet was because of a recent pet accident - Mark recommended a pet friendly carpet which was not in the higher tier of pricing among the samples he brought. Mark communicated promptly and answered all our questions and was very thorough. The installers arrived as scheduled and were very fast and professional and did a great job with the installation. They even pointed out a pet odour that had permeated into the underpad track and suggested I apply febreeze or talcum powder to neutralize it before they installed the new underpad. We are really thrilled with the professionalism and service from Victorious Carpet. We plan on replacing more capret and installing LVT with them in the spring in our parts of the house.
