My LG washing machine would not function. Avi the technician who came to service the washer was punctual, cordial and very personable. He examined the machine by trying a cycle and quickly knew the problem. He ordered the needed part immediately. About 1 &1/2 weeks later, he returned extracted the old part and replaced the new part. The cycle worked like a charm. My sincere thanks to Avi and to the company for this exemplary service.
