I called Weed Man to help me with my 260 feet of property. I nagotiated a good deal with them and they showed up every time they said they would and even called at least 24 hrs prior to remind me. The problem was i moved to a different home with a much smaller lot and cancelled their service. Every few weeks i would recieve a phone call from them about signing up again. Every time i would tell them the same thing, that i have moved and dont need their service any more. It became extremely frustrating because they all promised they would remove me from their call list, then 4 or 5 weeks later i would recieve another call from them. Because of this i will never use Weed Man again!

I am happy to hear that you were happy with the service we applied on your lawn and the care we took when following your special instructions. When you moved and informed one of my sales staff that our services were no longer required and asked that we stop calling your request should of been followed Immediately, this is our policy. I apolgies for this error on our part and thank you for being a customer of mine in the past. Please contat my office so we can fix this problem the way it should of been done in the first place.
