Prompt service and a thorough work to check for issues. Each step explained and clog was removed.

In a snapshot - totally unprofessional and misleading, and changing the conditions of the verbal contract upon arrival. Do not book!!! Issues: - 2 hrs late (asked for a specific time to arrive due to elevator booking); I actually had to call them half an hour after the agreed time, and it seemed they didn't even dispatch the truck! - said upon arrival it was 4 hours minimum and truck time (on the initial phone conversation they had no problem doing 2 hours and truck time) - stairs extra - no plastic protection used on the furniture - back and forth with the dispatcher on issues with breaching the initial verbal contract - before they started the job, they asked for 75% deposit - before they unloaded the truck at the end destination, they asked for the rest of the money Overall, horrible experience and totally unacceptable customer approach. I blame the company, not the truck drivers (university students). The drivers were caught in the middle of it.
