Broiler stopped working and after trying to repair it myself I called Doctor Appliance. They were here next business day. Sergei was able to identify the issue right away and that the replacement part I had was also defective. Sergei took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would repair it. Very honest and reliable. I will definitely use them again.
