I called GNA appliances when our refrigerator stopped cooling. The response time was impressive as we scheduled a technician visit for the next morning. Vitaly arrived promptly within the scheduled window. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Even though the replacement part was not in stock, he took time to help me understand my options and set an expectation for when the part may arrive. The part arrived quicker than expected and the replacement went smoothly. Vitaly was also very friendly and polite. I don't hope to have appliance issues in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call. Would definitely recommend Vitaly and GNA appliances.
