Kevin was recommended to me by my brother who has been working with KevCo for almost 20 years. The first thing that my brother told me is that he's one of the nicest people you can meet - honest, pleasant, hardworking, gives great suggestions, and does really great work. My brother's wife, said that what impressed her the most is that he shows up when he says he does, comes with a full crew on day one, works all day, and gets it done when he said he would. So two very good recommendations to start, so I was eager to have Kevin quote for our front and rear yard landscaping. When I finally met Kevin in person, all that I was told about him was true - he is really a very pleasant person to deal with. Knowledgeable - yes, experienced - yes, capable - yes, helpful, communicative, and accommodating - yes, yes and yes. I was really happy to have him on board Even though my sister-in-law said that he shows up with a full crew at the start of the job, it's quite another thing to see 5 trucks with trailers all loaded with materials and equipment, with 8-10 people show up at your house first thing in the morning. At point, you know that you've made the right choice. On the strength of our recommendation, our next door neighbour also hired Kevco to do landscape work and he too was impressed with the work and professionalism. Kevco did the hardscaping, walkways, planters, soil preparation, foundation wall parging, front wall and porch tiling, concrete shed base, French drains, cedar privacy hedge install, and feature tree install. Kevin and his team, were truly impressive and transformed my little patch of dirt into our own little oasis. I can't recommend them enough and would happily have back again.

I had a previous demo company that was demolishing part of my house for a whole house reno and it was a complete nightmare - unsafe working practices, working whatever time suited them, treated the site like a garbage dump, wrecked the original brickwork that was meant to be retained, and no respect for the neighbours or their property. Soon, the whole street knew about these guys and its no surprise that they call the ministry of labour. So when we brought on Daad Demolition to take over their work, Adam and his crew were a breath of fresh air. At the first meeting, Adam showed up with safety boots, hard hat and branded uniform. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and prompt with all response and questions. The experience got even better when Oscar and the rest of the crew showed up to do the work. They were on time to start and had all the tools and necessary safety equipment to do the work. They organized their own bin to remove the rubbish away - something the previous company did not do. And as they demolished things, they had a worker neatly pack it into the bin for efficiency. I was pleasantly shocked to see even that level of care in loading the bin. The other guys just tossed the debris into the garden. Before working, they protected my neighbours air conditioner to avoid damage. Unfortunately a small piece of debris fell loose and made a small crack in my neighbours window. When informed, Adam showed up right away to inspect, apologized both to me and my neighbour, and paid for the repair. They also knew about a large lumber delivery I was expecting the following day and knowing that the work was taking longer than expected, upon their own initiative, they organized for the bin to be removed to allow for the lumber delivery. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the site better than how they found it. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the work of Adam, Oscar and the rest of the Daad team. They were simply excellent and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
