I found Brookside through a search of area roofers . One thing that I discovered is that it is difficult to find a quality installer for a fair price. Bill and his crew were fair, did exactly what they said they would do and they stand behind their work. As we had used Brookside in the past we were looking forward to checking in with them and getting a quote. Very happy that we chose them this second time for our new home!! We had 5 companies come out to prepare estimates for our roofing project. One thing that we quickly discovered was the inconsistency and lack of professionalism rampant in the roofing business. Brookside Roofing is a shining star in the roofing industry. Bill was honest, helpful, and made sure we were happy with the results. His crew were on site early and were able to keep the job site organized, clean and safe. The pricing was very reasonable and the finished product looks and performs flawlessly. Highest customer rating for this company and the work they perform. You can feel comfortable with hiring Brookside, I am glad that we did!

Great workmanship, fast, friendly service. Laura was great on the phone and Darren came out quickly to take care of the estimate. The work was done on time, on schedule and thee guys did a complete site cleanup. Tony and Cedric were on site early and stayed late to ensure they met their deadline. The crew even brought out lighting apparatus to stay on schedule. They were always polite and professional on site. We had a blockage issue with debris in a downspout and the same friendly voice of Laura assured me that a repair order would be issued and someone would come by to inspect. Sure enough, Cedric was onsite quickly and made the repair even though the temperature was almost freezing. I cannot say enough about this company and how well they treat customers. Very refreshing as we had a few companies bid on our project. None came close to the expertise and professionalism of Darren and his staff at North Shore Eavestroughing.
