I used this company for a 1/2 day move within the GTA and it was a really great experience. Everyone there is professional, courteous, and communicates well. Patrice in the office is a joy. Right from my very first interaction with her, she assured me that everything would be taken care of, even with my heavy recliner couch being partially broken, having a 300lb table, and multiple pieces of delicate glass furniture that needed to be disassembled and reassembled. The team arrived slightly late due to unforeseen circumstances but communicated proactively with me and compensated by adding an extra crew member (at no cost) to help get us back on track. Needless to say, everything was dissembled, wrapped, moved, unpacked, and reassembled flawlessly. Not a scratch, chip, or dent to any of my furniture or walls. These guys are simply top notch at what they do. They are led by Joseph, and you can tell he really has a passion for his work and leads the crew with excellent precision and leadership through and through. If you are looking for great movers at very fair market value, I can't recommend this company more. My only regret is that I didn't take any photos of them in action to share here. The move went so well that it didn't even cross my mind and before I knew it, it was all over! Thank you Patrice, J, and the awesome crew. Maria came within a week of booking with a great attitude and every supply needed to get a previously tenanted apartment ready for my family to move in. She and another lovely worker worked diligently for 7+ hours straight and made the place feel like new. If you have allergies to dust, I highly suggest these cleaners as they prioritize the important stuff first. Vents, filters, windowsills, kitchen appliances grime, and other very tricky and not fun places where dust and irritants can accumulate. I feel better knowing that the air my family is breathing is cleaner. Thank you Maria! I will use your services again.
