We had a broken down washer over the weekend, called JC appliance repair first thing on Monday morning and much to our surprise, they got us on their schedule for the same day!!! Sherif came out, he was amazing because he quickly determined what the problem was and had us back up and running in NO time!! Sherif took the time to explain what he was doing and he seems very knowledgeable about the washer and he gave us some very helpful tips.
