This company took advantage of my elderly parents. They paid in full to have a basement leak fixed. The work was supposed to be 'guaranteed'. The leak continued, so Mike and his team came back a second time. The leak still continued. When my parents called to tell Mike that it wasn't fixed, he stopped responding to their calls. I called on their behalf numerous times, and he didn't return my calls either. Now my parents (who live off a pension) are out of the money they paid this so-called professional and have to pay another company to fix this team's shoddy work. Run, don't walk, from this company and its services. We are so disappointed someone would take advantage of seniors during COVID. Disgusting!!
