This is the second time we have hired P&P to complete major home renovations (the first being a complete overhaul of our basement in 2013). We are very satisfied with the work that the P&P team did in opening up our main floor and gutting the kitchen as well as transforming the upstairs bathroom. The P&P team take pride in their work and craft and this really shows in the end results. This is the second major project in which they completed on-time (even a few days early!) and on-budget and we are beyond thrilled with the transformation. In 2013 we hired P&P to totally gut and rebuild our 90 year old home's basement. From the first meeting with Natanael we were very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of P&P. Natanael was a great listener, very knowledgeable and had no problems having a family member, who is an electrician, do the electrical. Natanael's crew (working under Mario's supervision) showed up on time, every day of the project, worked a full 10-12 hours and were a general pleasure to have around. When we requested an earlier start date - Natanael had no problem obliging. Most importantly, the reno finished on time, on budget and are very impressed with the result. After our very cold winter, we had a minor leak on an outside faucet and P&P fixed it, patched up the minor damages with no questions asked. Paul was very responsive from the first email my husband sent requesting a quote for installing crown moulding in our dining room. We were able to book a date within a week of first contacting him and he was punctual on the actual date. We are very satisfied with the crown moulding in our dining room and would not hesitate to use Crowning Touch Trim again or recommend Paul to others for similar work.
