After multiple fire detectors went off and fire fighters were called several times to my house, KVA electrical has saved my family from what could have been a deadly disaster. The previous owner/ engineer from who we purchased the house, did not take out permits to do electrical work and did so in a way that was not in accordance with ESA standards. When KVA electrical came, multiple electrical deficiencies were found and reported to ESA. ESA had to get involved. KVA electrical made the whole experience seamless, every issue was addressed and corrected in a timely manner. My house is now safe and my family can finally have a good night of sleep. From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank KVA electrical for taking such good care of us and for doing such a meticulous job. I highly recommend KVA electrical for any small or big job.

Unfortunately, I was stuck using this company as a white glove delivery service contracted by West Elm. AmJ lacks customer service and professionalism. They cannot do the only job they are paid to do which is to deliver furniture. Either, they deliver partial orders, forgotten couches or forgotten headboard of beds, or they don't deliver anything at all after calling them and scheduling deliveries. When calling customer service, they are acting unprofessional where deliveries get scheduled but no confirmation is being sent and no record of this conversation is kept. The clercs that answer the phone and who specialize jn the west elm furniture deliveries don't call back and even hang up the calls not wanting to take initiative and fix the issues. I have called West Elm and notified them of this lack of professionalism on their end. West Elm will loose me as a customer if they keep using this company for delivery.
