What salesperson says is quite different from what installers do. Windows are ok, despite the fact panes in 2 of 3 windows needed to be replaced due to sweating less then 6 mo after installation. My most grief is with installers - they don't do proper measurements before ordering windows, having to face large gaps (2+ inches) on installation, air and vapour envelope around window rough opening is not done at all, using general indoors screws which would be in contact with elements and using screws going vertical through bottom plate.

Hi Sergey thank you for your review. Admittedly we are surprised about your comments as this is the first we here about your concerns. I want to commend you on your knowledge of building science and in response I want to point out: your high efficiency triple glazed glass failed within a few months and it was quickly replaced. Your warranty is still intact. The windows were measured based on your brick opening which we discussed beforehand. The studs framing doesn't always line up with the window opening making it appear that the window is too small. On the other hand 2" of foam insulation is more insulated than a 2x4 stud. The screws we use are approved by window wise and will not rust. 1 anchor screw at the bottom of a casement window in the rotor crank area is acceptable to strengthen the corner where all the torque occurs. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
