I BUILD STUFF

Ordered a window over 4.5 months ago... and STILL can't get an answer on when it will be ready. Understand covid supply chain problems, but this is rediculous. Even had a confirmed delivery date, at which time my contractor pulled out the old window.... now I have a BIG hole in the wall, no window, and work is at a stop. Update: Finally recieved the window (6 months +-). Pollard really needs to pick up their communication game. Product quality is great... as expected.
