Rent-a-Son provided an excellent service. The coordinator Hussein was responsive and helpful during the process, including during the preparation of the quote. The moving team were punctual, friendly, and worked very hard to complete the move efficiently and quickly. We had a limited window of time to complete our move due to scheduling challenges for the service elevators in our condo, so the efforts of the moving team to complete the job quickly were essential. They also took great care of our belongings, wrapping and taping each item of furntiture in moving blankets. Rent-a-Son was somewhat more expensive than the low-cost movers I have used in the past, but is entirely worth the extra cost. Highly recommended.

Andrew provided excellent personalized service. He was very responsive to emails and accommodating of our move schedule. When our movers cancelled last minute he was helpful in providing recommendations for a replacement. Highly recommended.
