Have tried to get a response regarding the scheduling of the required repairs from tree damage caused the end of June. Have left 5 messages to the manager (Brenden) without a single message returned. Heading into winter now with no insulation or drywall repairs completed and absolutely no response from the company. Company was contracted by the insurance company(Heartland) to do the required repairs and even they can't get a response from Service Master.
