Our exterior basement staircase was in dire need of some masonry TLC, especially after finding out a portion of the staircase had crumbled providing the perfect conduit for rats, yes, rats to enter our basement. René came over to assess the staircase and seemed very knowledagble. He was super honest and actually talked us out of doing a few things to the walls (e.g. parging-painting over concrete) as he noticied the walls had been patched by the previous home's owners in various ways and had shifted a bit over the years. He recommended patches to fix major issues and to keep an eye on things. His crew was very polite and their work was great. Would hire them again!

Very professional, very thorough and walked us through everything that was being done and why. We have a very energetic puppy and he took that into consideration when determining which bait to use to get rid of our rat problem. Would highly recommend his service.
