This company is in one word: Excellent. I've never seen anything like them from a home service provider, they were simply magnificent. There was a manufacturing issue with one of the windows and they fixed it to our satisfaction, with no hassle whatsoever. We've worked with them for 3 different projects so far and they will be doing the rest of our windows as well.
great job arrived on time , excellant job, neat cleaned up all debris & even cleaned the dryer duct, would reccomond them to everyone all the crew involved were proficiant, pleasant & knew what they were doing

i was refered to this company by my sister in law, the work done at there home wes impressive. The workman arrives as promised. unfortunatly the door was set up to open the wrong side, no ploblem said Encores workmen , packed it in to truck , had it replaced at factory & returned the same day to install & it looks great. I would reccomd this company to anyone.
