My contract is over and you keep charging me the same fees. I spoke with (Your Dealer) in April who stated that once the contract is done the fee for monitoring is CAD$ 24.00. The way you lay out your contract is disguising and misleading as though it is a 36 month contract with 3 months free while it is a 39 month contract. Sales gimmicks?? I spoke with Melanie 3 times and she disconnects the call all 3 times. I spoke with Shannon who also disconnects. They need a password I choose 3 years ago or access to the email I have on their file. If you don't have one of these they hold you ransom without canceling your service. No one until my 5th call was able to suggest an alternative method.(I spoke with Manpreet) I asked to speak with a Manager. 1st call was advised no manager available. Really? Second call with Melanie, I ask for a Manager since she said she has reviewed my account with management. The manager just stepped in for a meeting. Really?? I ask Shannon for an Ombudsman and states this is a crown company and disconnects. Manpreet refuses to give out a person's name in management or above management. I have the right to escalate. Jasmine (vice president, customer experience) Please read investigate and initiate a call back. This is the customer experience from your company.
