We are renovating our home and was looking into installing a solatube in our master bathroom. John was extremely helpful over the phone providing me with detailed information and estimates. We decided to ask John to install the solatube, and he was very professional, arriving on schedule for the installation, and talked through the steps along the way. He also protected the work area and was very careful throughout the whole process. The end product was great and we had a great experience with John. Would definitely recommend.

Vito completed a home inspection for us for a 20 year old home in the suburb that we are considering to purchase. Communication from Vito throughout the entire process was very clear, and he was always responsive. He was also on time with the appointment, and completed a very thorough inspection, and encouraged us to ask questions along the way and shadow him. He was also very patient in explaining things that he saw, and providing helpful recommendations. Overall we are very happy with the service provided by Vito and DSM Property Services. The infrared scan was a very useful service that we opted for ,and it helped detect several areas where insulation was missing in the house.
