An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Dear Dr Green, I'm a satisfied Dr Green client for four years now. The best thing that I like about your service is the level of flexibility you allow your customers. For example, your email reminders tell me when the next service will be performed, so if my lawn is not ready, I simply give you a call and you reschedule it to a convenient day. I remember one year when I had to constantly postpone the aeration service to the point when it was already too late in the season so it was not possible to do it anymore, and you guys agreed to reduce my invoice for the following year to reflect this.
