Mr. Iwakun arrived on time (+/- 10 minutes); he was polite, insisted that we pay AFTER the job was done, and he cleaned up after himself. His fee was fair -- this was a tricky job as one had to install brackets onto an overhead CONCRETE ceiling. He used the appropriate anchors that can support the mass of the blinds. The job took ~1-1.5 hours -- as predicted. Mr. Iwakun used pro-level power tools and he was 100% self-contained. I intend upon giving Kolawole Contracting more job offers in the future.
